I have been watching the old TV series “Lost In Space” for the past two or three days. I am a little over halfway through season 1. It is in black & white. They went over to color for seasons 2 & 3. I had forgotten how much fun it is to watch this particular series. Yes, it is kind of corny, and, it is a spin on the original “Swiss Family Robinson” film released by Disney in 1960, which was in turn based upon the 1812 novel by Swiss author Johann David Wyss.

The basic plot of “Lost In Space” & of “Swiss Family Robinson” is the same…
