Well, now that the HermaNautilus Library has been put back together here in the Dragon House I now have free access to my entire research library. As you might remember, on September 14th, I declared a hiatus to our discussion of the Dragon in Jung because I had to pack up all those books and get them ready for a period of storage and then shipment to Oregon. I did not know yet what city I would end up in. But I knew I was going to be in Southern Oregon, near Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, and Klamath Falls. Well, Medford is where I ended up and this house did not cost me an outrageous amount of money so I own it free and clear and I am well positioned to go into full retirement in order to devote myself full time to Dragoneering.
Next, we will explore the role that the Dragon plays in Jung’s theoretically crucial Bollingen Volume 9 Part 1, “The Archetypes of the Collective Unconscious.”
